The truth about exercise

I watched this TV show the other evening…drawn in by the assertion that some people are wasting their time doing over 30 minutes of running in gyms 2-3 times week.

This TV show explored some scientific reasearch that you can keep fit doing 20-30 seconds of intense exercise.

The wee scottish scientist surely believed his research because he was a bit on the”chubby” side!
